Best Fat Loss
I have often wondered what it takes to drop those extra kilos. I see some people struggle and try every diet. they seem to be working out to no avail. The kilos either stay there or come back with vengeance.
Recently I became involved with an intense training program at a local gym. my strength improved and my body started to get into shape. I felt better and my core strength become better. By improving my core strength my balance became better i feel more confident and can move my body through it's motions with ease.
I had to ask Justin ( the trainer) why do some people lose weight while others don't.
His reply was simple.... technique and intensity. He went onto say when we work out it's not all about burning fat. He said if you focus on building muscle you will and the fat will fall away.
He went onto say that if I wanted to read and learn more to pick copy of "Burn the fat build the muscle"
He said the book contains a lot of in depth information about how to train and eat the correct foods.
I have bought a copy of the book and found it to be a great read, with easy to follow plans.
and the best thing is it does get results.
